Can't find your controller in the A-LED app? Walk through these steps — most issues clear in under a minute.
Connect 12–24V DC. The status LED on the front should glow steady. Find the small pairing button on the side of the enclosure.
Hold until the LED switches to a fast blue blink. The controller is now in pairing mode for 60 seconds.
Make sure Bluetooth is on. On Android, A-LED also needs location permission — the OS requires it for Bluetooth scanning.
Tap + on the home screen, then New pairing device. Any controller in pairing mode named ALUVA-XXXX will appear. Tap to connect.
Completely. ALUVA uses Bluetooth Low Energy directly between your phone and the controller — no router, hub or cloud account required.
Yes. Any phone running A-LED that's in range can connect to a paired controller. Scenes are stored on the controller, not the phone.
No. They pair to a controller via the A-LED app once, then run on their own — no phone needed afterwards.
Any WS2811 / WS2812B addressable strip on the pixel channels, and any 2-wire tunable-white (warm + cool) strip on V3 / V4 white channels.
Not yet. ALUVA is a pure Bluetooth product today. A Wi-Fi bridge with HomeKit / Matter support is on the roadmap.
